1. About this website and the controller

This website, thetributemixshow.net, is operated from Germany as a private, non-commercial project. Its content is provided for personal purposes without financial interests.

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:

Sven Grahmann

32657 Lemgo, Germany
Email: moodyzwen[at]gmx.net

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website, including hosting, cookie consent management and embedded SoundCloud players.

2. Hosting in Germany with IONOS

This website is hosted on servers located in Germany by:

IONOS SE
Elgendorfer Str. 57
56410 Montabaur
Germany

When you access this website, your IP address and technical request information are processed to deliver its content. Hosting-related access data may include the requested page or file, access time, referring website, browser type and version, operating system and device type.

This processing serves the secure and reliable operation of the website, including troubleshooting and protection against misuse. Where personal data is processed for these purposes, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is providing a functional and secure website.

For its standard Webhosting product, IONOS states that visitor data is anonymised upon collection and retained for eight weeks. The retention period applicable to this website is [confirm the period for your hosting product].

IONOS acts as a processor insofar as it processes personal data on my behalf. This processing is governed by a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

Further information is available in the IONOS Webhosting privacy information.

Hosting in Germany does not mean that data processed by external services such as SoundCloud remains exclusively in Germany.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can also store or access information on your device.

This website distinguishes between:

Optional cookies and similar technologies are activated only after you give consent. The legal basis for storing or accessing information on your device is Section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). Any associated processing of personal data based on that consent relies on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Strictly necessary storage or access does not require consent where the requirements of Section 25(2) TDDDG are met. Any related processing of personal data requires a separate GDPR legal basis.

4. Cookie banner and consent plugin

This website uses [plugin name and provider] to display a cookie banner and/or consent controls for embedded content.

These controls allow you to accept or reject optional services. Refusing consent does not prevent you from accessing the general website content, but SoundCloud playback remains unavailable until you consent to that service.

The plugin processes [actual data processed, such as your consent choices, timestamp and consent version] to remember and, where applicable, document your decision.

Consent preferences are stored using [cookie/local-storage name] for [duration]. [Specify whether the plugin operates entirely on this website or transfers data to its provider; identify any recipient and link to its privacy policy.]

Where storage is strictly necessary to remember your privacy choices, it is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Processing necessary to demonstrate compliance with consent obligations is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through [“Cookie settings” link or exact instructions]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may also delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting cookies may remove your saved preferences and cause the consent notice to appear again.

5. Embedded SoundCloud players and third-party cookies

This website embeds audio content from SoundCloud. For users outside the United States, SoundCloud identifies its provider as:

SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG
Karl-Marx-Strasse 101
12043 Berlin
Germany

The SoundCloud players are protected by the consent plugin. A locally provided preview or placeholder may be visible before consent, but SoundCloud content and connections remain blocked until you explicitly agree to activate the service. Music cannot be played before that consent.

After activation, your browser connects to SoundCloud. SoundCloud may receive personal data, including your IP address, browser and device information, the page containing the player and information about your interactions with the player.

SoundCloud may use third-party cookies and similar technologies, including technologies supplied by its partners, for player functionality, usage measurement, personalisation and advertising, depending on the service and your privacy choices. Cookies are not necessarily limited to a single cookie.

If you are logged into SoundCloud, it may be able to associate player activity with your account.

My activation of the embedded service and the associated transmission of personal data are based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Optional storage or access on your device is based on Section 25(1) TDDDG.

SoundCloud determines the purposes and means of its own subsequent processing. Its policies explain recipients, retention periods and available privacy controls:

SoundCloud may process data outside the European Union or European Economic Area, including in the United States. Information about applicable transfer safeguards is provided in its Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw consent for future activation through [“Cookie settings” link or exact instructions]. Withdrawal does not automatically delete cookies already stored by SoundCloud or data already received by it. Existing cookies can be removed through your browser settings; requests concerning SoundCloud’s own processing should be directed to SoundCloud.

6. IONOS WebAnalytics

This website uses IONOS WebAnalytics, provided by IONOS SE, to analyse website usage and improve its technical performance.

According to IONOS, WebAnalytics uses server log files or a tracking pixel and does not use cookies. Information collected includes the referring website, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type and access time. Your IP address is transmitted with the request and anonymised immediately afterwards.

The information is used for statistical analysis and technical optimisation. IONOS states that the resulting data does not identify individual visitors and is not passed to third parties.

Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is understanding website usage and improving the website’s functionality. If the specific implementation involves access to information on your device requiring consent under Section 25 TDDDG, it is activated only after consent, with associated personal data processing based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Further information is available in the IONOS WebAnalytics privacy information.

7. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, I process your email address and the information contained in your message to receive and respond to your enquiry. I use GMX as my email service. GMX processes incoming messages for delivery and storage and may check them for spam and malicious content.

The legal basis for handling enquiries and protecting my mailbox against misuse is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interests are responding to messages addressed to me and maintaining a secure email service.

Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for these purposes, unless legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer retention.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to:

Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.

To exercise your rights concerning processing for which I am responsible, contact moodyzwen[at]gmx.net.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, its services or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page.
